Strict quality-control measures are used by the Lanna Café coffee cooperative. Coffee berries are hand-picked at optimum maturity, wet-processed, and sun-dried by the farmers in their villages. Dried coffee beans are hulled and graded by machine, and then culled by hand to insure a superior-flavored product. The roasting and packaging of Lanna Café coffee is continuously monitored to maintain quality.
